    • Free replacement (no need to return item).

We’ll resolve your claim promptly—no extra hassle.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are unused but no longer wanted.
  • Products damaged after delivery (e.g., by wear or misuse).

How Refunds Work
